Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Azul, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, access, or use Azul.

Scope

These Terms apply to the Azul website, software, installers, loaders, modules, binaries, authentication and key systems, update services, Discord bot, documentation, branding, support channels, and official community spaces.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Azul. By using Azul, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can legally enter into this agreement.

License

Azul grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software while your key remains valid and the Azul service remains available. You receive no ownership interest in Azul.

A Permanent key provides access for the lifetime of the Azul service. It does not guarantee that Azul will operate forever or remain available in its current form.

Key security

You are responsible for protecting your key and access credentials. You may not share, transfer, publish, leak, sell, or redistribute them. Azul is not responsible for loss of access caused by your disclosure or mishandling of a key.

Official distribution

Obtain Azul only through the official website, official Discord, or an authorized reseller. Files, keys, or access obtained through unofficial sources may be modified, stolen, invalid, or unsafe. Azul may refuse support, disable access, and revoke keys associated with unauthorized distribution.

Other prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Share keys or accounts with another person.
• Resell accounts or redistribute any part of Azul.
• Commit payment fraud or use a stolen payment method.
• Submit fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
• Use Azul to execute malware, credential stealers, unauthorized persistent code, or other malicious software.
• Use Azul to harm the service, its users, staff, infrastructure, or partners.
• Obtain keys through unauthorized resellers or unofficial marketplaces.

Keys obtained through an unauthorized reseller, an unofficial marketplace, or a stolen payment method may be treated as invalid and revoked without a refund.

Community conduct

Participation in official Azul community spaces requires compliance with these Terms, the applicable platform rules, the Discord Terms of Service, and published server rules. Harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, scams, malicious files, credential theft, ban evasion, and disruption of support or community operations are prohibited.

Azul staff may remove content, restrict community access, remove members, or apply service enforcement for community violations.

Enforcement and appeals

Azul staff may suspend, blacklist, or permanently revoke your access at any time and are not required to provide an explanation. A revocation may apply to all current and future Azul keys, accounts, services, and purchases.

You may submit an appeal through the official Azul Discord. Appeals are reviewed at Azul's discretion. An appeal does not guarantee a response, explanation, reinstatement, refund, or resolution within any particular time.

Payments and refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Azul decides whether a request qualifies for a refund. Technical problems, compatibility problems, or failures caused by a user's device, configuration, network, or other user-side conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate revocation, permanent blacklisting, and refusal of future purchases.

Availability and changes

Azul may update, modify, restrict, pause, or discontinue any part of the software or service at any time, with or without prior notice, without liability or guaranteed compensation. Downtime, game updates, anti-cheat changes, platform changes, and third-party changes may temporarily or permanently affect Azul.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Azul does not guarantee a response time, resolution, continued compatibility, or restoration of unavailable functionality.

Third-party services

Azul may rely on or link to third-party services. Azul does not own or control those services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, content, security, or actions. Azul may block your access to Azul when misuse of a third-party service affects Azul.

Ownership

Azul and its licensors retain all rights in the software, source code, object code, systems, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials. No rights are granted except for the limited license stated in these Terms.

Consequences of use

You use Azul at your own risk. Azul is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, lost game progress, lost purchases, device problems, data loss, or other consequences connected to your access to or use of Azul.

Antivirus flags and false allegations

Antivirus products, anti-cheat systems, security tools, and automated sandboxes may detect, block, quarantine, or flag Azul. A heuristic or automated detection alone does not establish that Azul contains a remote-access trojan, spyware, a credential stealer, or another malicious payload, and it does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Knowingly publishing or distributing fabricated security allegations, manipulated scan results, falsified evidence, or intentionally false factual claims intended to damage Azul, deceive users, or divert users to fake software is prohibited. Azul may permanently revoke access, blacklist involved users, preserve evidence, request corrections or takedowns, issue or seek cease-and-desist notices, and pursue available legal remedies for defamation, commercial disparagement, tortious interference, impersonation, or related misconduct.

This section does not prohibit honest opinions, accurate reports, legitimate complaints, responsible disclosure, or good-faith criticism. Reproducible security concerns should be reported privately under the Security Policy before exploit details or proof-of-concept material are published.

No warranties

Azul is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azul disclaims all warranties, including warranties of availability, compatibility, security, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Azul does not promise that the software will be uninterrupted, safe, compatible, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from Azul or these Terms. Azul's total financial liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected key.

Your responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs caused by your misuse of Azul, violation of these Terms, unauthorized distribution, or infringement of another person's rights.

Informal dispute resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Azul through the official Discord and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to these Terms

Azul may modify these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version. Your continued purchase of, access to, or use of Azul after publication means that you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
