EULA
This End User License Agreement governs your installation, authentication, and use of Azul software.
Agreement
By downloading, installing, launching, authenticating, or using Azul, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not download, install, launch, authenticate, or use the software.
License grant
Subject to this EULA, Azul grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to run the software on one hardware-bound device at a time. This is a license, not a sale or transfer of ownership.
Hardware binding
Each key is bound to one device through hardware identifiers. A key may not be actively used on multiple devices or shared between users.
Attempting to defeat, conceal, falsify, or manipulate hardware binding violates this EULA.
Hardware-ID resets
You may complete up to seven successful hardware-ID resets during any rolling 30-day period through the official Azul Discord bot. Failed or denied attempts do not count toward this limit.
Reset availability depends on the official bot and related services being operational. Azul does not guarantee immediate manual assistance when the bot or reset service is unavailable.
Hardware resets are provided for legitimate changes to your own device. Using resets to transfer, share, rent, sell, or resell a key to another person is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation.
Permanent licenses
A Permanent license lasts for the lifetime of the Azul service. It does not guarantee that Azul will operate forever or that the software will remain available, supported, functional, or compatible for any minimum period.
Ownership
Azul retains complete ownership of the software, source code, object code, systems, updates, fixes, features, branding, documentation, and related materials. You receive only permission to run the software under this EULA.
Reverse engineering and unauthorized access
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, decode, inspect, trace, tamper with, modify, patch, hook, inject into, derive source code from, or create derivative works from Azul.
You may not bypass, disable, defeat, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access through authentication, licensing, security controls, the key system, hardware binding, update checks, access restrictions, or any related Azul system.
Hardware-ID spoofing, virtual-machine evasion, sandbox evasion, emulator manipulation, and attempts to disguise, falsify, or alter a device identity are prohibited.
Any attempt may result in immediate license termination, key revocation, permanent blacklisting across the Azul ecosystem, refusal of future purchases, and loss of access without a refund.
Copying and distribution
You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, resell, leak, publish, mirror, upload, host, or otherwise make Azul software, files, installers, keys, or access credentials available to another person.
Updates and supported versions
Azul may require updates as a condition of continued use. Azul may stop supporting or authenticating outdated versions at any time.
Azul may automatically check for, download, and apply updates when the software starts, connects, or authenticates. Updates remain subject to this EULA.
Data collection
Use of the software requires the device, hardware, network, authentication, usage, crash, diagnostic, and security data collection described in the Privacy Policy. By using Azul, you consent to that collection and processing subject to applicable law.

Security software and third-party detection
Antivirus products, operating-system security, anti-cheat systems, games, platforms, or other software may detect, block, quarantine, restrict, or remove Azul. Automated or heuristic detection alone does not establish that Azul contains malicious functionality, does not establish a defect, and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Legitimate and reproducible security concerns should be reported privately under the Security Policy before technical details or proof-of-concept material are published.
Service changes
Azul may modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the software, authentication system, hardware-binding system, Discord reset bot, update service, or any related feature at any time without liability or guaranteed compensation.
Termination
Your license terminates immediately if you violate this EULA. Azul may disable or revoke your key and block access without providing an explanation.
After termination, you must stop using Azul and delete every copy of the software and related files in your possession or control. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, liability, and responsibility continue after termination where applicable.
No warranties
Azul is licensed "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azul disclaims warranties of availability, compatibility, safety, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Azul does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or error-free operation.
Risks and consequences
You install and use Azul at your own risk. Azul is not responsible for game-account bans, suspensions, lost progress, lost purchases, device issues, file loss, data loss, security-software actions, or similar consequences connected to installation or use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the software or this EULA. Azul's total financial liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected key.
Related policies
The Terms govern access to the Azul service. This EULA governs the software license. If the Terms and this EULA conflict on a software-license issue, this EULA controls that issue. The Terms continue to control service-access and purchase matters.
