Reseller
This Reseller Agreement governs authorization, sales, and distribution rights for parties seeking to sell Azul license keys or access passes.
Explicit authorization required
Selling, distributing, or commercializing Azul license keys or access passes is strictly prohibited without formal written authorization from Azul management.
Any unauthorized party attempting to resell Azul access may have all generated or allocated keys revoked, related transactions voided, reseller access terminated, and associated endpoints blacklisted.
Authorized reseller responsibilities
Every authorized reseller must:
- Maintain transparent and accurate pricing aligned with official Azul distribution guidelines.
- Follow approved pricing floors unless Azul provides written permission for an exception.
- Verify customer eligibility and enforce the Azul Terms within its distribution channels.
- Refuse sales to blacklisted users.
- Refrain from supplying unauthorized third-party key marketplaces.
- Maintain direct communication with Azul management for batch key allocations.
- Represent Azul accurately and avoid false claims about authorization, features, availability, or support.
Termination of reseller status
Azul may revoke reseller authorization immediately at any time, with or without cause or explanation.
Grounds for immediate termination include:
- Selling below approved pricing floors without written permission.
- Facilitating key sharing, account resale, or unauthorized redistribution.
- Selling to blacklisted users or unofficial marketplaces.
- Engaging in fraud, abusive chargebacks, payment manipulation, or deceptive conduct.
- Misrepresenting reseller status or speaking for Azul without authorization.
- Failing to follow Azul allocation, customer-verification, or security requirements.
Effect of termination
After reseller authorization ends, the reseller must immediately stop advertising or presenting itself as authorized and must stop selling or distributing Azul access. Azul may disable reseller endpoints, revoke unapproved or improperly issued keys, and refuse future allocations.
No transfer of authorization
Reseller authorization is personal to the approved reseller and may not be transferred, sublicensed, delegated, shared, or extended to another store, marketplace, person, or organization without Azul's written approval.
Related policies
