Notices
Legal
These notices explain the ownership, identity, and legal status of Azul and its published materials.
Operator
The software, services, and website are operated under the name Azul. References to "Azul," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operator of the Azul service.
Copyright
Copyright Azul. All rights reserved. Unless otherwise stated or credited, Azul owns the website content, software, branding, graphics, documentation, and other original materials published as part of the Azul service.
No Azul material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Unauthorized cracking, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, modification, publication, or redistribution of Azul software or proprietary code may constitute copyright or other intellectual-property infringement and may result in immediate access revocation, blacklisting, takedown requests, and legal action.
Intellectual property
The Azul name, visual identity, software, code, systems, designs, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Access to Azul does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those expressly provided by the EULA and Terms.
Third-party trademarks
Game names, platform names, company names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance or mention does not grant Azul any ownership in them.
No affiliation
Azul is an independent service. Unless Azul expressly states otherwise, Azul is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any game developer, publisher, platform operator, anti-cheat provider, or other third party.
Authorized communications
Only communications published through the official Azul website or official Azul Discord should be treated as authorized Azul communications. No reseller, promoter, community member, or other third party may speak for Azul unless Azul has expressly authorized that person or organization to do so.
Brand misuse
You may not use the Azul name, branding, visual identity, website content, or other materials to impersonate Azul, mislead users, falsely claim authorization, promote unauthorized resale, or create a false association with Azul.
Copying or imitating the Azul website, product, branding, or materials to deceive users, divert users from Azul, distribute fake or malicious software, collect credentials, or falsely claim association with Azul is prohibited.
Azul may submit hosting, platform, search, domain, copyright, trademark, abuse, or other takedown requests and may pursue further legal remedies against deceptive copying, impersonation, malicious distribution, or unauthorized use of its identity or materials.
Commercialization and reselling
Commercial distribution, key reselling, access-pass reselling, and paid access to Azul are strictly regulated. No person or store may commercialize Azul without written authorization from Azul management.
Keys obtained from an unauthorized vendor or unofficial marketplace may be revoked without a refund, and associated access may be permanently blacklisted. Approved sellers remain subject to the Reseller Agreement.
Availability and discontinuation
Azul is provided "as is" and "as available." Azul may suspend or discontinue the software, authentication systems, key-validation services, infrastructure, or support at any time without prior notice or guaranteed compensation.
Warranty exclusions, risk allocation, and financial-liability limits are governed by the Terms and EULA.
Knowingly false allegations
Knowingly publishing fabricated claims, manipulated evidence, or intentionally false factual allegations that Azul contains remote-access trojans, spyware, credential stealers, or other malicious payloads may violate Azul policies and applicable law.
Where legally appropriate, Azul may revoke access, preserve evidence, request corrections or takedowns, issue or seek cease-and-desist notices, and pursue available remedies for defamation, commercial disparagement, tortious interference, impersonation, or related misconduct.
This section does not prohibit honest opinions, accurate reporting, legitimate complaints, responsible disclosure, or good-faith security criticism. Security concerns should follow the Security Policy.
Verification materials
Azul may publish file hashes, behavioral or antivirus scan results, network-endpoint information, telemetry explanations, or other technical notes to help users verify official releases. Azul does not guarantee that every type of verification material will be available for every release.
Reproducible technical concerns should be reported privately through official support before exploit details or proof-of-concept material are publicly disclosed.
External services
The Azul website or software may link to or rely on third-party websites, advertisements, payment processors, key providers, authentication services, and other external services. Azul does not own or control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, policies, or conduct.
Your use of an external service is governed by that service's own rules and policies. A link, integration, or reference does not mean that Azul endorses every part of that service.
Copyright concerns
Copyright complaints and removal requests are handled under the Azul DMCA process. Submit qualifying notices using the instructions on the DMCA page.
Document priority
