Scope and consent

This policy applies to the Azul website, software, authentication systems, support, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Azul, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Authentication, licensing, security, and enforcement depend on the collection described below. If you do not agree to that collection, you may not use Azul.

Information Azul collects

Identity and contact information

Azul may collect Discord identifiers, buyer email addresses received with order records, support messages, refund requests, appeal messages, and other information you choose to provide.

Device and network information

Azul may collect IP addresses, raw device and hardware identifiers, device characteristics, network information, and information used to associate a device or connection with a key or security record.

License and authentication information

Azul may collect license keys, key status, authentication attempts, access history, key delivery records, blacklist records, security events, and information about attempts to bypass or manipulate authentication.

Usage and diagnostic information

Azul may collect software usage logs, feature interactions, crash reports, error information, performance diagnostics, service logs, and information needed to investigate compatibility or support issues.

Order and reseller information

Authorized resellers may provide Azul with available order details, including transaction identifiers, purchased products, issued keys, payment status, buyer email, Discord ID, refund or dispute status, and related purchase records.

Payment information

Azul does not directly collect or store full payment-card or banking details. Authorized resellers may use PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors. Those resellers and processors independently control the payment information they collect under their own policies.

Azul may receive transaction and order information from a reseller, but Azul cannot describe or guarantee every reseller's payment practices.

How information is collected

Information may be provided directly by you, collected automatically through the Azul software, generated by authentication and security systems, recorded in service logs, or received from authorized resellers and service providers.

How Azul uses information

Azul may use collected information to authenticate users, deliver and manage keys, enforce licenses, associate keys with devices, prevent fraud, monitor security, investigate abuse, maintain blacklists, process refunds, review appeals, provide support, diagnose failures, maintain the service, and improve the product.

Information may also be used to enforce the Terms and EULA, respond to chargebacks, protect users and infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

Automated security decisions

Azul may use automated systems to detect suspicious activity, associate device or network identifiers, enforce key limits, identify authentication abuse, and temporarily restrict access. Azul staff may make or review permanent blacklist and revocation decisions.

Sharing

Azul may share information when reasonably necessary with authorized resellers, hosting providers, authentication services, payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics or diagnostic providers, security providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required.

Azul may also share information to investigate fraud, chargebacks, attacks, unauthorized access, policy violations, or threats to Azul, its users, staff, systems, or partners.

No sale of personal information

Azul does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies and browser storage

The Azul website does not use cookies or browser storage for authentication, preferences, analytics, advertising, security, or session management.

Retention

Azul may retain all collected information indefinitely unless Azul chooses to delete it or applicable law requires deletion. Indefinite retention may support authentication, license history, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, security investigations, blacklist enforcement, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Deletion requests

Users may request deletion through the official Azul Discord. Azul may require information needed to verify the requester and locate relevant records.

A deletion request does not guarantee complete deletion. Azul may retain fraud, transaction, chargeback, blacklist, authentication, security, dispute, and legal records when needed for enforcement, safety, legal obligations, or the establishment or defense of claims.

Other privacy requests

Azul does not voluntarily offer access, correction, or data-copy requests. Azul will honor privacy rights when and to the extent applicable law specifically requires it. Requests remain subject to identity verification and lawful security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention restrictions.

Minors

Azul is restricted to users aged 18 or older and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If Azul learns that it collected information from a minor, Azul may delete it, except for records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Security

Azul uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect collected information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and Azul cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed.

Security incident notices

If a data breach materially affects users, Azul will provide notice through the official website or Discord when reasonably possible and when notice is appropriate or legally required.

Third-party services

Authorized resellers, payment processors, Work.ink, linked websites, and other third-party services control their own data practices. Their privacy policies govern information they independently collect. Azul does not control and is not responsible for those practices or policies.

Business transfers

Azul does not claim permission under this policy to transfer collected personal information as part of a sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer to another operator. Any legally required or separately authorized transfer would be addressed before it occurs.

Policy updates

Azul may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The published version takes effect immediately. Azul may announce material changes through the official website or Discord when reasonably possible.
